Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with CUTRACER. We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund according to the policy below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation.
Items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage not caused by us cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-returnable Items
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital manuals
- Customized or special-order items
- Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or connected
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@cutracer.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong or defective item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
